Has anyone had Dr Cook? I really want info on him.

I am having wls 3/27/00 and cannot find any info on Dr Cook. He is not registered with the AMA, but the local medical board said no actions are pending or have been taken on him. What is his bedside manner like? How is his staff? Was he available after surgery for aftercare concerns? Any negative encounters? positive? Please email [email protected] Many thanks! Lisa
