Are you OK if you are getting your protein but not much else?

I'm 2 months postop and I don't seem to be interested in much other than protein. I have a very high protein shake (no carbs in it) in the morning and often a protein bar for lunch/pm snack. Then for dinner I might have buttermilk, or a couple of bites of chicken with maybe mashed potatoes. I'm not ready for salads yet so I get almost no vegetables. But I probably get 75-80 grams of protein a day. Is this OK? Should I try and force myself to eat more variety? I do take Viactive for calcium (yum) and One-A-Day Essentials. And water. Lots of water. What do you think? OK for now?
