Is odor/messy BM's controllable as a Distal and what do you eat ...

if you are avoiding fats, sugars and dairy products? I see that many distals rely on their suppliments and see food as recreational? Are you eating 3 meals a day? What is your typical meal? I am planning on having the Switch which is distal..I need to lose like 200 lbs to be at text book ideal weight...please shed some light on what the post op lifestyle is like.
