Has anyone heard of Mineral rich?

This is comes from fructose fruit extracts and natural flavors. contains 70 trace minerals and minerals and vitains > It is taken 1oz in a glass of water. It contains: b12-1000mcg, biotin 200mcg calcium 25mg magnesium 100 mg zinc 10 mgs selenuim 50 mg manganese 5 mg potassium 10 mg and silica 1000mcg. I am not sure if this would be someting a wls post op should take. I am concerned about taking the mg and the potassium. What if your not lacking in these 2 minerals would it not effect your heart?? thanks deb
