Has anyone had Diffuse Esophageal Spasms result from RNY ?

I was wondering if anyone has had the diagnosis made of diffuse esophageal spasms after having a RNY? I haven't been able to eat solid foods now since surgery over a year ago. The stenosis was resolved in 23 endo procedures and now they are reporting that I have these spasms that do not allow the food to even enter my stomach. I have not had any luck with the nitrate drugs they have place me on and am wondering about other options. I have found that the only other option is a myotomy. If anyone could shed some light on this or offer some of the wonderful support I see spread around, that would lighten this for me. Thanks so much.
