Anyone had a revision from jejunostomy to roux-en-Y?

Any problems or side affects? How much weight did you loose? I heard with a revision you do not loose as much weight. I weigh 245 currently. 5ft 3in tall. My surgeon told me that I would loose at least 50 lbs. Maybe more. I want to loose 100 lbs. Please describe your experience with doing a revision.
