Has anyone sucessfully filed a claim with Athens Area Health Plan Select in Georgia a

I am trying to get my insurance company, Athens Area Health Plan Select, to help pay for a gastric bypass. They have refused to help because GB is excluded under their policies. Has anyone gotten this company to pay? If so can you please help me?
