has anyones insurance ever paid for a boob job?

I am 8 months post op and am doing great! I am already considering my options on plastic surgery and I think I am going need my boobs done!!! I was wearing a DD before my surgery and now that the fat is gone off of them, they are SAGGY!!! My stomach is not that bad yet (but I am still losing) . Has anyones insurance paid for fixing this problem? Or should I start saving my money - and... how much does this usually cost? I would appreciate any info. My insurance is very good and didn't bat an eye about the surgery. Thanks!!
