Want to have BR/Abdominoplasty at same time??? Safe or no?

Plastic Surgeon says that he thinks the risk go up too much to keep me under anasthesia for so long-but I want my breasts done and my tummy tuck-He said ultimately it will be my decision, I have seen numerous people having this procedure done at the same time-So what do you guys think?? BTW I just started a new job so I was going to wait for my 90 day probation to be up and then apply for short term disability during the recovery period-Is that possible???
