Lab work at 2 1/2 years PO, what labs should I have done at my next appointment?

I've started seeing others with PO questions at 2 yrs and above and things like calcium and anemia problems are surfacing. Just want to make sure I get the proper test done before anything gets out of hand. Thanks!!!
