Is it possible to develop dumping syndrome 20 months PO?

I had a tummy tuck/hernia repair the 25th of Oct. since then I seem to get full faster. I have also started to develop what seems like dumping syndrome. I never had this problem before and I am 20 months post op gastic bypass surgery.
