Does insurance companies get irrated if you call them too much?

I have Aetna and my paperwork for approval was turned in 2 weeks ago. Of course according to Aetna they never received it till last week. Anyways I have been calling every day to see if they have approved. Has anyone had trouble with them because a person calls to much?
