Women over 50, did you have a breast lift with augmentation?

I would love to hear from any of you that may have had a breast lift with implants. Are you happy with the results? Would you do it again? I had a consult with my plastic surgeon this week regarding round two of my body reconstruction, and I addressed the subject of augmentation. I think I surprised him by asking this question. I do not want to look like a twenty year old, but I would love to feel more feminine. When I lay down, I have nothing but "fried eggs". The surgeon explained that I couldn't have the lift without the implants, since I have no volume left. I have gone from a 46D to a 34B and it is a stretch to fill that out. I visit the plastic surgeon again next week and he will give me the price breakdown and let me know how he will work this procedure into my other two upcoming procedures. But I would like to hear from others as reassurance that I am making the correct decision.
