Need a great Panniculectomy doctor closeby Manassas, VA. !

I need to have a panniculectomy done. I have been to several doctors however they are far from me. Does anyone know of good doctors in my area that are knowledgeable with a panniculectomy procedure. I am in Manassas, VA. I have been to a plastic surgeon in Richmond, VA that agrees something needs to be done however I sure would like to find someone closer. Any advice?
