Tatoo

Hey all, I am thinking of getting a tatoo but I am concerned because I have not had my plastic surgery yet. I am still 30 lbs from goal so i wont be having it anytime soon. Does anyone know a good place to get one where it wont be affected by any plastic surgery that I might have at a later date? Thank You
