RNY can I pop a Vit E

I had RNY about 2 years ago. Can I pop open an oil Vit E and eat it mixed w/ a spoon of applesause/ yorgert? will I absorb it this way? How about the non-oil type ( dry) can I absorb it beter? Thanks!
