Does anyone have Duke Select or WellPath and been able to overturn the exclusion?

I have Duke Select and they have 2 exclusions. The first is that they DON"T cover any 1)Gastric Bypass Surgery and 2)medical or surgical treatments such as intestinal bypass surgery. I have contacted obesitylaw.com and wondering if you had this insurance, were they able to help you. Thanks in advance for you help in this matter.
