Has anyone ever delt with Peoples Health Care Plan?

I talked to Peoples Health Care plan they said they were not an ins company so you do not need to have per-determination they pay up to 80% of the costs. No deductables... Sounds good they quoted me 119.00 a month for individual coverage. If anyone has ever used this please let me know. Email [email protected]
