Is my pouch leaking into my old stomach???

I am just 1 week post op. I have a pobia of my pouch after reading several posts before surgery. I am drinking about 24 oz of water a day. I was a pretty big drinker before. It is hard not to gulp. I eat only roughly 4 meals a day at 1 1/2 to 2 oz. I do not feel full nor hungry. I discussed it with my doc's RN. She said I am fine. Well this evening. I have had gas ta boot. I feel hungry all the sudden. I just ate my snack. Is it leaking in to my old and making me hungry???? What could have I done??? Should I feel any other simptoms??? I don't. Please help me. Is there a test the doc can do???
