WHICH PROTEIN SHAKES TO STAY AWAY FROM?

Whey, Soy, isolates, concentrates, there are so many different ones out there. From what I understand you should stick with the Whey Isolates. What should I look for when choosing one and what should I stay away from? Can you suggest some NAME BRANDS that I should steer clear of and some that are good choices? How about this Unjury that i've been hearing about? I just want to be sure that what I am consuming is the right choice. Thank you!!!!
