Is this harmful to my pouch and is it hindering my weightloss?
I keep water bottles in my fridge at home. It is useful in helping me get my water in. But the one thing I am really worried about is that I can drink it fast. I mean, not sips, but one long drink. Is this stretching my pouch and will it slow my weight loss down? I am stuck on a plateau for the last 3 weeks and I am really scared. What do ya'll think?
