Seeking Post-ops who drink Carnation Instant Breakfast?

CIB is listed as an option under my nutritionist's dairy section. I drank 1/2 cup everyday at first then I stopped once I was able to eat more regular food. I am 4 months out and in the past week have started to drink 1 cup sometime in the morning (either breakfast or snack) for the extra nutrients. <p>My question: For those of you who drink CIB, how long post op did you drink or are you still?
