Can you tell me where you ended up if you also started at 5'4 320 lbs?

Hi everyone... I see this ? alot but never is anyone close to my stats. Anyone out there start where I am and get down to 135 with ease? I am 5'4" and 320. Waiting for preop testings to be scheduled...anxiously awaiting I should say.
