Should I have another sleep test before I stop using my CPAP?

Do I need to have another sleep test done? I am 3 1/2 months post-op, how will I know when I can stop using my CPAP or what if the setting needs changed as I lose weight? Someone told me you're suppose to have a test done once a year for adjustments. <p>I'm no longer in that same city that I had mine done...and I'm not even sure if this town has a place that does sleep studies.
