Was it the Margerine that made me feel nausea?

Last night for dinner I had lobster dipped lightly in light margerine. This morning after I got up and got in the shower I had to get out of the shower twice to go to the bathroom and had a quesy stomack most of the day and started to feel a little nauseated last morning. do you think it's al because of the margerine, or something else. I'm about 4 weeks post-op, thanks
