WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS ON FRUIT SMOOTHIES?
I just bought one and I love it. I used strawberries, ice and Splenda. It was delicious and very nutritious. My kids like them with yogurt, fruit and ice. I was eating mostly protein but decided to allow myself fruit, I mean whoever got fat eating fruit anyway? I still stay away from regular carbs though, bread, potatoes, etc. Is fruit a bad thing?
