Did I experience dumping?

I ate 3 oz. of tuna yesterday afternoon with NF Mayo. In the evening I got terrible gas pains and couldn't rest at all. I finally vomited at 3:00 A.M. I immediately felt better, but my stomach is still sore the next day.
