I was not spacific enough about my apnea question

I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and given a c-pap this was in 99' I went for my first consault and a week later they called me and told me I had to see the sleep apnea doctor again. Does anyone know why I would have to take another sleep study when I am sleeping great with my c-pap. thanks for you answers....
