I've been eating granola in SF/NF Dannon yogurt? Bad or Good
The granola is made by Zoe Foods it is a flax and soy granola it has 180 cals, 7grams of fat,10 grams of protein(5 from soy) and 28 carbs-I try not to worry about carbs too much but this is freaking me out and today I had two cartons of yogurt 60 cals with about 1tsp of slivered almonds and 2 TBSP of the granola ( this was sprinkled on each serving) The last serving of yogurt I added one sliced strawberry-is this bad for me the serving size for the granola is 2/3=.66 and I only eat total 1/2 cup=.50-Should I cut the granola down to once a day just a 1/4 cup serving or do you guys think I'm ok-I used fitday and it seems I get most of my cals from fat, carbs, and protein-but for some reason I can never cusomize fitday to what I actually eat. For example if I only use turkey breast meat in my chilli (alot less fat and cals) thamn regular ground turkey I have to select the regular turkey chili from the fitday selection and then it ups the cals and fat more so than I had, but anyways my total cals for the day was 808-Should I just not worry about the carbs- All I had today was 1 1/2 slices of turkey bacon for breakfast w/one strwbry, for lunch I had one Boca burger with 1 slice of cheese and 1tsp of ketchup, dinner was 1/2 cup of turkey breast chili, and snacks today include the two cartons of SF/NF yogurt with the toppings- I don't get it, Am I doing this right I'm 3 1/2 mos post op...Tori By the way I think fitday has my fat grams up way to high as well, I am cautious about fat intake, anybody else???? I'm flustered sorry this is so long-Another reason why I stopped counting cals and just eat
