Help .. my PCP is leaving his practice!

My PCP that I have had for three years is leaving his practice to become an ER doctor. I need an WLS friendly PCP in the Indianapolis area for both my whole family (as that we all go this current one) that is also great with younger kids. I know there are a lot of Indy people on here, so help me out! Thanks!!
