Can I make a milkshake using SF Ice Cream?

Can I make a milkshake using SF/Low fat ice cream-I am probably going to put protein powder in it, but I am not sure at this moment. Also since sf ice cream is like a liquid, how much can others eat of it. I am also going to use some sf atkins choc. syrup? Will this be ok
