Does anyone know anything about Dr. Ziegler?

My cousin lives in Ft. Worth, TX and is supposed to have a consult with a Dr. Zeigler for this surgery on May 9th. I tried to look up his name on here since she does not have a computer but could not find it. Does anyone in that area know of this dr? Any info would be greatly appreciated! God bless!
