i know this sounds stupid.............

i am a 38 c bra right now i am going to have this surgery, i was wondering becausei notice alot of people that lose wieght also lose their breast size does everyone lose them that are my size?? i mean if i was bigger chested i would probly keep some of my breast but being as small as i am will i have any boobs left when i am done losing???
