I am ALWAYS hungry. Is anyone else hungry all the time?

I basically had this surgery because I couldn't lose weight because I was always hungery. Now, I still feel hungry. I remember waking from the surgery and my first thought was, "Gawd, I am starving." I drink plenty of water. I question myself about the heasd hunger and no my stomach is really growling-loudly sometimes. Any suggestions? Surgery was 2-12-03 down 51#. Thank you.
