SCALLOPS

I love scallops and I've been eating them alot lately. I usually eat between 2-3 ounces of meat, however I've noticed that I can eat alot more when I have scallops, at least 4 ounces. Am I eating to much or are they one of those foods that chews down to nothing? Also, do you have any good ways to make scallops? THANKS!!
