HOW MUCH FOOD CAN YOU EAT 12 WEEKS?

I've been eating about 2 ounces of meat (weight measured on a scale) and lately I've been able to eat about 3 ounces, does this sound right for being 12 weeks out? Also, I had scallops and I was able to eat 4 ounces and I probably could have eaten more. Are scallops one of those foods that chews down to nothing?
