DID I DUMP ON A BALANCE BAR AND AN ATKINS SHAKE?

I'm 11 weeks post op and I haven't attempted surgar yet. I'm losing slowly, only 31 pounds, so I thought I would add some protein bars or shakes to up my protein intake. I've eaten the Atkins bars and I was ok. I've read about the BALANCE bars on here so I thought I would try them even though the surgar was 16grams. After I ate 3/4 of one I felt very sick to my stomach and broke out in a sweat, it passed after 20-30min. I'm assuming it was from the sugar. But then today I tried an Atkins shake with only 1 gram of sugar and the same thing happened. What would be in the shake to cause this reaction, could it be the 3 grams of fiber, there was only 2 grams of carbs? And was this DUMPING?
