I have had my Gtube in for a month and it has been really sore

it was supposed to come out in two weeks but that would have been over a month. I was having like burning sensation where the tube goes into my stomach and real bad soreness and tenderness to the touch. I will see the surgeon tomorrow and I am wondering since it is sore in that area and I feel a burning sensation at the hole opening-will this thing hurt like hell coming out and is there any way that I can have it numbed before he takes it out????Sorry this is so long...Tori
