Back Pain

I suffer from arthritis and bone spurs in my back. Today was a hard day because it is cold and rainy in Columbus Ohio and I cannot take my back meds due to pre-op restrictions. I went to work late and left early due to pain. Tylenol products do not help! Does anyone have any suggestions?
