What kinds of soft solid foods can i eat now?

I ordered egg foo young last night and ate that, it was the only thing I had yesterday but it took me like all night just to finish one patty and I still never ate the whole patty.Need help on things I can eat now that I am on soft solid foods-want to make the most of my pouch-Can I eat the inside of a chicken cheese steak, or is that bad for me?
