Tricare Ins. question?

I had surgery on the 14th of Feb. I got two statements from my insurance stating what they paid and what they didn't. 1st, the surgery bill was $40,000. They covered only about $5000. Then I got info from my surgery that the anesthesiologist was not a covered procedure. Today, I received a bill for $3055. What do I do? Do I have to pay this money? I was under the impression that this was all covered? HELP!!!!!
