where can i get good affordable vitamins

i have been approved for wls and i want to be prepared for post-op needs. can anyone tell me where i can get quality affordable vitamins and protein drinks. also, if anyone what items do i need to take to the hospital with me. and also what should i expect to have done during pre-op. if you dont want to answer on this site you can email me at [email protected]
