Gravity challenged person needs uplifting undergarment. Help!

I as most people who have had this surgery am finding that my panni is sagging along with my breasts. A few months ago people where talking about a full body undergarment that helped make you look smoother and lifted. This was before surgery so I didn't write it down. Does anyone remember the name or where it can be purchased, or if there is anything else out there that could help. I'm now 72 lbs lighter but sagging in California. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
