Can Nutrasweet cause headaches and fatigue?

I have been drinking Lipton Diet Ice Tea with Lemon and is Decaf. It is sweetened with Nutrasweet and lately I have had some headaches and grogginess. I just started drinking it a few weeks ago. Could the Nutrasweet cause this?
