Calling males you have had breast lift...

A male friend of mine has lost over 100 lbs without WLS and wants to get his breasts lifted. Is there anyone out there who have had or checked into one for men and know approximately the self pay cost? Also, anyone's insurance not cover it but have it added when they do the belly? How much extra did you pay? Thanks for your help.
