Does anyone have a registry list or state by state list of surgeons..

My private care physician has recomended me for WLS, I have researched the procedure and completely undstand the risks, I have already been approved for the surgery through my better health care provider under the medicaid co-pay... The wall that has cropped up to block further travel down this road to being healthy is I can find no surgeon within a 100 mile radius that accepts medicaid as a form of insurance. Any information anyone could give would be most appreciated!
