BCBS/PPO cover Post-Op skin removal?

I have consulted with a surgeon and am trying to get approved for surgery, but I dont nwant to be stuck with alot of sagging skin after surgery, and no way to get it removed. Has anyone gotten covered for this prior to having surgery?
