Do firming Lotions & creams help sagging skin?

I have noticed that there are a lot of firming lotions and creams out there for sagging skin. I was wondering if anyone has tried them and do they really work for your sagging skin? If so what brand and did it work? My inner upper thighs are really bad & I couldn't bare to see myself in shorts this summer. Thanks for any and all help.
