HOW MANY CALORIES ARE WE SUPPOSED TO BE EATING ON A DAILY BASIS?
I AM 4 MONTHS OUT AND ONLY LOST 68 POUNDS, HAVING TROUBLE GETTING IN ENOUGH PROTEIN, HOW MANY CALORIES ARE WE SUPPOSED TO BE GETTING IN ON A DAILY BASIS? MAYBE I AM EATING TOO MUCH, I EXERCISE (WALKING & WEIGHT LIFING) 5-6 TIMES A WEEK, AM I DOING SOMETHING WRONG? I EAT 2-4 OZ. PER MEAL ABOUT 4 TIMES A DAY, I DRINK ONLY WATER, AND EAT NO SWEETS, CAN SOMEONE HELP ME OUT? ANYONE ELSE OUT THERE 4 MO. OUT AND ONLY LOST AROUND 68 POUNDS?
