What important questions should I ask?

A week away and I go for my first consultation. I am excited, nervous and scared all wrapped in one. I want to make sure that I do this right by asking everything I should know and getting every detail down so making this decision won't be as hard. So....what should I be asking? Any help will be most appreciative! Hope everyone had the merriest of Christmases and a Happy and blessed New Year to all!
